Reflexology

Reflexology is non-invasive foot and/or hand massage which balances physical body, mind & spirit. It is based on the principle that there are reflex points on the foot and hand which correspond to every part of the body.

 

Maternity Reflexology helps women's fertility and pregnancy. With British study, it shows that labour times were reduced, having Reflexology treatments through out the pregnancy. It is also extremely beneficial for postnatal.

 

Reflexology can help stress related conditions, anxiety, migraine, digestive disorders, arthritis, musculoskeletal, PMS, colic in infant, asthma, back pain etc. Her specialty is mixing with lymph drainage technique, working up to the knee which helps easier detoxification. Treatments can be combined with a hand reflexology and /or Auriculotherapy (ear reflexology) as requested.

​Head massage (shoulder, neck, head, ear & face)

Indian Head Massage releases the stress that has accumulated in the tissues, muscles and joints of the head, face, neck and shoulders. It is effective as it helps soothe and relax nervous system while relieving joint and muscle stiffness. Also it is very beneficial for tension headaches and eyestrain.

Lymph Drainage Massage

Lymph Drainage Massage is a full body massage works on lymph system.

It is a very gentle and painless massage that will help body fluids to circulate and remove the toxins and excess fluid in the body.

It works very well to manage any pain (back, shoulder and neck pain etc.)

Ear Candling

Ear candling is used to clear the ear canal and sinuses, leaving you feeling clearer and revitalized. This treatment involves a gentle technique of inserting a hollow candle into the ear canal to draw out excess wax and debris. It can help with ear aches, tinnitus, excessive earwax, stress, hay fever, headaches, sinus problems and snoring.
