Yoga Nidra

A guided relaxation technique that relaxes each part of the body in a specific sequence to allow the body to release tension & deeply relax. Many people have lost the art of relaxation & are in the state of tension throughout the day. Stress & tension may affect falling sleep or staying asleep. Yoga Nidra, once learned, may assist in better sleep patterns.

Breath & Yoga

Breathing is taken for granted & can be one of the tools to bring calm back into the body. When in a state of stress, the breath tends to be in the upper portion of our lungs. When combined with some gentle movements of yoga, awareness can be brought back to the breath and the body. This is a grounding practice for balance & well-being.

Meditation

Various meditation techniques will be introduced. All are easy to practice & can be done at home for as little as 15 minutes per day.
