If stress and tension have been interfering with your sleep, Yoga Nidra can be a valuable tool to cultivate better sleep patterns. Once mastered, this technique may transform your nights, helping you fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer.
Breath & Meditation
Discover the simplicity of meditation combined with breath-work. With just a few easy-to-learn techniques, you'll experience benefits that everyone can enjoy. Whether practicing in a group setting or at home, you can choose the perfect time to extend the peaceful feelings you gain from your classes. Embrace this journey to enhance your well-being!
$200 for a 10 week term pass
$110 for a 5 week term pass
$ 30 casual single class pass
​​Eligibility : Suitable for everyone. Yoga Nidra is conducted on the floor and meditation will be in chairs.

What to wear : Something that will not restrict movement. T-shirt & light weight track pants are ideal.
​
Includes : Yoga mats (or bring your own).
Tea & water.
​
What to bring : A water bottle.
Extra layers, a shawl/light blanket & socks, in case your body temperature drops.
A pillow or bolster for comfort & support during guided relaxation.
Snacks.
Limited to 10 places.
Bookings are essential. Payment in full to secure place. If you cancel, your fee will be refunded if someone books your place.
